Island Alliance promotes the use, enjoyment, and awareness of the
Boston Harbor Islands national park area by creating vibrant public
spaces, facilities, and programming on the islands, raising and
managing the public and private resources necessary to do so.
As the sole organization designated in the Boston Harbor Islands Park
Partnership model to raise dollars for the Park, our energies are
devoted to attracting resources and revenues for the Park projects and
programs, including historic preservation, scientific research,
island-based curriculum, and youth mentoring programs--and sponsorship
of events that bring the public to the island free of charge.
